The space A bright and spacious one-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen (including espresso and tea facilities), a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and armchair, and a 42” Smart TV. The living area opens onto a private balcony with seating and an outdoor terrazzo bathtub. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with a Comfort Zones pocket-spring mattress, a spacious wardrobe, and a 32” Smart TV. The bathroom includes a rainfall shower with seating bench and a large terrazzo counter with built-in sink. Fast, stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Urban-type monthly rates do not include water and electricity usage. Guest access The apartment is part of a private building with three units — one apartment on the first floor and two duplex apartments on the second floor. Guests have access to Rambutan Resort’s facilities next door, as well as the spa located on the ground floor of the apartment building. The unit can be accessed either through the main lobby entrance of Rambutan Resort or via a separate back entrancefrom the quiet side alley. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the other side of the river from the Old Market, tucked away in a pedestrian alley. The surrounding area is emerging with new restaurants and relaxed lounge bars, offering a pleasant local vibe while remaining close to all major attractions.
