Guest access Access is via two electronically controlled security gates. Our Concierges live onsite in the Gatehouse and will greet you on arrival. It’s a 3km scenic drive on a sealed road from the front gate to the Villa where you’ll find plenty of external parking space. The lush bush setting gives you complete privacy. The villa and the entire estate is yours while you are here! We really encourage our guests to wander and explore all we have on offer. We have had guests bring boats and these can be easy accommodated at the Gatehouse. Other things to note We are surrounded by native forests with beautiful bush walks, unspoilt beaches and plentiful fishing. We are also within easy range of several world-class golf courses, bike trails, mountain bike tracks, award-winning wineries, art galleries, historic attractions and farmer’s markets. You’ll find information and activities in the lodge and on our website, and our friendly Concierge can assist you with information and bookings. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION OF THE VILLA ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Most guests comment on how remarkably clean the Villa is on arrival. ★ CLEANING & SANITISATION OF THE HOT TUB ★ We do not use any chemicals in our hot tub during your visit. We freshly fill it with pure mountain spring water. We empty it after every guest, then clean and sanitise it before refilling. ★ OPTIONAL DAILY CLEANING SERVICE ★ Whilst our accommodation is Self-Catered, many guests have asked for a daily cleaning service. Any why not, you are on holidays. We offer a daily room clean. Our housekeeper can come to your villa and service your room. This includes making of beds, new towels and a general tidy up. The charge is $65 per day, please let us know if you'd like this service when booking.
