Davadi Cottage is our dream country escape, we have lovingly restored this old Queenslander into the home that is today brimming with character but with modern conveniences the perfect blend for a charming weekend. Three queen size bedrooms comfortably fits six people, perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car!, but only a short drive to all the wineries . The space Stanthorpe is beautiful place to relax and unwind. We have an old record player while you can listen to an old Vinyl sitting in front of the fire place enjoying a glass of wine. We have plenty of firewood provided for the winter months. We have a collection board games, books . We even like watching an old classic movie on VHS . But we still have the modern conveniences of TV and internet or playing your music thru the sound system it is all there. There is reverse cycle air and heating throughout to cater for all weather conditions. There are a few different spaces int he house including a charming side verandah to enjoy reading a book or a front verandah to enjoy a lovely cuppa in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our beautiful bathroom comes with a clawfoot bath and large open walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar and lovely open dinning area.
