Our house is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is a 2 minute drive and 16 minute walk to the main street of Rye where you can enjoy cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping, a walk along the pier and the beach. Featuring a lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa, a 55 inch TV, air conditioner, Coonara wood heater and a large 8 seater table. A spacious retro Kitchen which has all amenities. Oven, Stove, Fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Laundry with washing machine. Bathroom has shower over bath. Separate toilet. Featuring 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Ceiling fan in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and airconditioning in bedroom 4. A 32" TV in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Mattress protectors, sheets, pillow cases, doona's, doona covers and pillows are supplied for each bed. Towels are supplied for each person. Games room with a comfy sofa, a Foosball table, board games, card games and a large chalk board. Large undercover veranda with a BBQ is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Large driveway with an undercover carport with space to park 2 cars. ** Please ensure all appliances are used correctly and any candles, the air conditioner, bbq, fire place etc are turned off and all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving the house. ** Please also make sure all items used in the kitchen are washed and and the kitchen is left clean and tidy. **Please clean BBQ before leaving. Check in anytime after 3pm and check out anytime before 10am. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. We do have a few cupboards locked which stores our personal items.
