Situated in rural Lincolnshire and just a ten minute drive from the bustling city of Lincoln with its history, shops and nightlife. Your outdoor hot shower, huge hot tub/ swim spa and eating area are completely private and provide the perfect area for relaxing with friends and family. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms are individually styled and en suite. The space Holly Tree Barn is arranged around a central private courtyard designed with raised beds and feature lighting to give a warm welcome when enjoying an evening drink with family and friends outdoors. The spacious open-plan living ensures that there is ample room for cooking, eating and relaxing. Enjoy meals indoors with family and friends at the large dining table or open the bifold doors onto the patio equipped with gas barbecue and eat outdoors under the big Lincolnshire skies in the lovely country garden. Alternatively, you might choose to eat and relax in the paved courtyard where the bay trees are beautifully lit at night. The inside of the barn is contemporary, spacious and beautifully designed. The ground floor is open-plan with a large well-stocked kitchen, huge dining table and a deep, comfortable seating area around the log burner. Logs are provided. The underfloor heating ensures you will be warm and cosy throughout your stay. We are a family enterprise and take a pride in making our guests welcome. We live nearby and are here to greet you on arrival and answer any queries during your stay. Other things to note Pets are very welcome at Holly Tree Barn.
