The large terrace at the back of the property has a spacious outside dining area along with sunbeds for the sun lovers. It is accessible through the large patio doors leading directly from the open plan ground floor lounge and kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra freezer. On this floor is also a double bedroom with separate bathroom and a cloakroom bathroom. On the First Floor you will find the master suite with views overlooking the lake and communal gardens and full en suite bathroom complete with a free-standing bath and separate shower.
