It is a great central location. Walk to supermarket , shops and restaurants (100m) and ideal for families, friends and couples. Secure off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. -Standard price is for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are welcome to stay at the applicable additional rate of $50 per person per night (Max 6 guests in total). Please advise of additional guests intending to stay. - For your added security the external areas of the property are under video surveillance which also covers your vehicle parking area. -Large open plan kitchen/dining room heated and air conditioned for your comfort. -All cooking equipment including dishwasher, sandwich maker, rice cooker and croc pot. -Complimentary tea, coffee, plunger coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. -Electric heating and air conditioning. -Tastefully appointed 3 bedrooms with x2 queen beds and x2 king single beds -Electric blankets on all beds as well as extra blankets -2 bathrooms. Please Note:- Credit Card details required for security prior to issue of your personal Access PIN to the Electronic Back door SMART LOCK. This is your PIN and will only work during your stay. Please not that when the back door is closed you will need to re-enter your personal PIN from outside to reopen the door, so please keep your access PIN with you at all times. Other things to note Please Note:- A Credit card for security will be required before the issue of the property Access PIN. This is normally supplied at least 10 days prior to arrival so that we can email access details to you. All linen is supplied. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and all guest toiletries supplied to get you underway. The cottage is not serviced during your stay as it is fully self contained. Cleaning materials and cloths are supplied should you require same. The cottage contains 3 LCD TV's and a complimentary DVD library. All beds are fitted with quality commercial linen as well as electric blankets for those cooler months. The family dining room, kitchen and lounge rooms are air conditioned. There is a complimentary BBQ and covered patio area outside the back door as well as a garden and another setting and umbrella amongst the cottage gardens. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped complete with dishwasher, all cutlery, crockery, sandwich maker, rice cooker, croc pot etc, as well as cleaning materials. The cottage is equipped with an auto washing machine and drier as well as iron and ironing board. For longer stays a weekly service can be arranged for $200 per service which includes change of all linen. Please ring reception in advance so that this can be scheduled if required.
