A large spacious two-storied home, with open plan living, nestled right near the beautiful Coopers Beach. Big enough to accommodate two families, this would be your ideal family get away! The beach - just a 2 minute walk away - is perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing. All amenities are nice and handy - Mill Bay boat ramp, Mangonui township and Coopers Beach shopping centre are all a few minutes drive away. Wifi and Netflix available. The space Large, spacious living, with balcony and BBQ off living and dining area for summer entertaining. Games area down stairs with table tennis table. Wheelchair access via ramp to the backdoor at the side of the property. Filleting bench and outdoor shower to hose off after a swim. Guest access Access to all areas apart from the garage which holds our personal belongings. Other things to note Plenty of room for parking vehicles and boats etc. Linen is provided to all beds however you will need to bring your own towels.
