See "Space" The space The Cottage is situated on 50 acres which has been in our family for over 150 years and has frontage to the Pyrenees Highway, and enjoys sunsets over Ranges. It is fully equiped with everything you will need for that special getaway. Bung Bong Hill Cottage has been designed and built by our family as a destination for that special getaway, yet with the privacy and convenience of a home, on land first settled in 1858 by our forebears. Until 2001 the land had been constantly farmed, but is now given over to a small olive grove, and several hundreds of eucalyptus trees have been planted. Many more have regenerated naturally since grazing has ceased. The oil from our hand-picked olives can be purchased. The cottage has been placed within this pleasing aspect. Verandahs, together with decking for outdoor eating, have been added for maximum effect to enjoy the ambience and the views. New and modern furnishings have been added throughout with comfort a first consideration. In winter, enjoy the cosy wood heater (wood supplied) or just turn on the comfort of the split system air conditioners. Relax on the reclining couch and watch TV on the big screen enjoying sound on the surround sound system. Satellite Foxtel (including Sport) has been installed to give a wider range of channels. Enjoy the two-person spa-bath in the Master bedroom. A fully covered barbecue area with a gas barbecue and table is provided for your use The whole house and surrounding land is for the exclusive use of our guests. Central to the Golden Triangle with historic gold mining towns within easy reach, and minutes to the Pyrenees Wineries.
