The space Anjea’s television room features a large screen TV, Bose surround sound, Foxtel and a comfortable corner settee. The lounge area opens up to the pool courtyard by high pivoting doors that let in the warm cross breezes and establish a transition between indoors and out. The kitchen is at the central point of the house and makes an impressive impact with cascading Caesarstone benchtops that wrap around between living and dining spaces for effortless entertaining. The pool surrounds a spacious BBQ pavilion with lots of bench space. Enjoy an Aussie barbeque in comfort and style! At the far end of the pool, you will find an outdoor bathroom, perfect to freshen up after a swim. Also at this end of the pool is a cocktail gazebo that can be completely open or closed. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink by the pool. Upstairs Anjea has four bedrooms with en suites. Two sets of stairs each lead to two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with a veranda with seating to look out over the pool. There is also an inside veranda overlooking the lounge. A large open en suite features an elegantly designed bath. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2) with powder room (toilet and sink).
