Welcome to our fabulous 62 m² apartment located right on the piste in the heart of Oz Station (Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski). The apartment combines modern comfort, space, and unbeatable access to the slopes - ideal for families. The space Layout and capacity: The apartment includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bunk bed room with a trundle bed that sleeps up to three children. The lounge area has two single sofa beds. The property comfortably sleeps six adults or up to nice guests when including children. Baby cots are available on request at no extra charge. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, each with a bath, shower. A hairdryer is provided. Kitchen and living area: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cooking items. The bright lounge and dining area open onto a balconies offering piste and mountain views. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, a TV, and underfloor heating throughout. Extra comforts: Guests have access to a ski locker located at piste level. There is also free access to a heated indoor pool, gym, and sauna in the neighbouring chalet. Guest access Keys are handed over by a local associate. In case of late check-in, access is provided by lockbox. Guests have one free space in the local indoor car park. Additional indoor spaces are available at 50 euros per week, and there is plenty of free outdoor parking nearby. Please note that Oz Station is car-free, and parking is a five-minute walk from the chalet via a public elevator. A public launderette is located about five minutes' walk away. The property offers ski-in/ski-out access for proficient skiers, and it’s just a one-minute walk to the piste for beginners. The building includes an elevator and is only a two-minute walk from the village centre, shops, and lifts. Other things to note Oz Station is a friendly, family-oriented, car-free resort in the French Alps, directly linked by lift to Alpe d’Huez and its 250 km of pistes reaching up to 3300 metres. Everything you need is just a few minutes’ walk away, including grocery shops, restaurants, bars, ski school, equipment hire, and lifts to Alpe d’Huez and Vaujany. The nearest airports are Grenoble (about 90 minutes), Lyon, and Chambéry. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The property is non-smoking and not suitable for pets, single-sex groups, or student parties. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00. Your stay includes utilities, linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. This is our home away from home, and we ask that you treat it with care and enjoy your time in the mountains. Guests particularly love the true ski-in/ski-out location, the two balconies with stunning mountain views, and the access to the nearby pool, sauna, and gym.
