Cottage is fully self contained about 325 sq. ft. A loft with low ceiling full size bed , well stocked kitchen, bathroom shower only. Lots of storage space. Washer & dryer are just a few steps away in another building. The cottage has a cozy atmosphere with vaulted ceiling. Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, major banks, restaurants. Bart's a short walk with access to San Francisco, Hayward, Pleasanton, Dublin, Fremont, Berkeley, Concord, and Oakland. No smoking and no pets. The space Convenient location that is close to downtown San Leandro shopping & restaurants'. Fast easy commute to San Francisco via BART. Beautiful Lake Chabot park is about 6 miles away with many walking & biking trails. Free entrance on Estudillo Ave. WIFI can be slow & interrupted as we are at the end of the line. Guest access The carriage cottage is a freestanding building thus you can come & go as you please. The laundry room is connected to another cottage. Laundry detergent is provided $1 per load quarters, vacuum cleaner, mop & pail. Also a shopping cart & bags please return when not in use. Other things to note Parking located as you enter the driveway under trees with purple flowers in front of cottage has large double faux doors. Please no parking near building C where the wheelchair ramp is located. Area must be kept clear at all times unless given prior authorization.
