The following are the instructions about the smart key at the front door. You will receive an invitation for the smart key app. The app is called "August". Please check your text message. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CELLPHONE IS THE SAME ON YOUR AIRBNB PROFILE. Please follow the instructions very carefully. If you fail to set up an account at first time, it will be a night-mare. 1. When you sign up an account for August app, make sure you have to provide the correct phone number and email address because the app will send you two verification codes; one to your smart phone and the other to your email address. So you should enter them correctly 2. Your account password should be complex format including an upper case and a special char. 3. Do not close the app when you sign up a new account. You have only ONE chance. I know it sucks but you know the security feature sucks. 4. If you have installed successfully, the main screen of the app will be my house's front door. Click on the picture and you will see 5. Please turn the lock manually when you are inside the home. 6. Please press the red button on the keypad when you exit the home.
