Private annex nr Woolacombe with use of beach kit!

The Combe is a coast and country escape. It is a self-contained annex, part of our family house accessed from an external staircase. Located in the picturesque village of West Down, just 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the South West Coast path and Exmoor. The space The Combe is bright modern space with stunning rural views and overlooks a wheat field and the distant hills which was fully refurbished to a high standard in 2021. The bedroom has a feature wooden double bed with cotton bedding with a fantastic view of the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave and induction hob with a good range of utensil etc. The lounge features books, games range of DVD's and of course a TV. There is an outdoor seating area with decking and lighting and a designated parking space. Free use of a beach kit is available (this is for use entirely at a guests own personal risk and is not a hire agreement)
