The sleeping areas (rooms 4 and 5 in the photos) represent a supplement (30 euros/day in summer, 40 euros/day in winter) for the use of the outbuilding at the bottom of the garden. The outbuilding is composed of: on the ground floor a bench/bed, kitchen, toilet, upstairs a double bed, bathroom with a large shower. The house can accommodate up to 9 people in total, ideally 2 to 3 families, 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 children. Please specify at the time of booking if you would also like to book the outbuilding with the additional cost indicated of 30 eur/day or week/month package to be discussed. In winter and following some disappointments in terms of electricity bill, a pellet stove now heats the house (in addition to the fireplace): a contribution of 10 eur/day is requested for wood and pellets made available to you at your request. Available: Weber barbecue, garden tables and chairs, some garden games (darts, board games). Activities in the immediate vicinity: horseback riding (Terra Cheval), Aquavexin aquatic center with indoor and outdoor swimming pool and slides. Mini golf, canoeing, Oxygène park etc. Please note: in case of booking outside the platform, a deposit check of €600 will be requested upon delivery of the keys. It will be returned to you within 7 days. Fiber and Wi-Fi repeaters in the house In case of weak mobile signal (depending on the operator), plan to switch to WIFI (excellent fiber optic wifi connection) Check-in and check-out times on a case-by-case basis. Check-in after 8 p.m. must be made by special request and may be subject to additional charges.
