The home is perfect for digital nomads, it uses two Internet Service Providers, fiber optic and cable for redundancy. The house has 4 wireless access points spread out to ensure WiFi coverage. An automatic generator ensures power continues at the worst of times for the Internet. Surrounded by a high mural ensuring privacy. The space Each room has their dedicated full bathroom and Air Conditioner. The master bedroom comes with a King size bed, and a custom built Guanacaste wood stand up electronic desk. The guest room has a queen size bed and a standard stand up electronic desk. Both rooms have a TV. Only the guest room has cable installed and available. There is an extra outside external private wooden shower. The house has a water tank in case water runs out in town, automatically controlled, and a water pressure tank to ensure equal water pressure throughout the entire property. Guest access There is a lockbox in front of the house which will let you get access to the main gate, and into the house. Once inside you will see a remote control for the gate on the counter. You can use the remote control to open up the gate electronically to let cars in. Once inside you can park about 3 cars comfortably enclosed inside the house. The house has 10 feet high walls around it and so your cars are safe inside. Other things to note Xiomara is my co-host, she is often available locally to help. She will coordinate with you to ensure you get access to the lockbox to get into the house.
