The lakes club (with licensed bar and restaurant called "reform", gym, supermarket, dry cleaners, ladies salon, gents barber, park, play area, dog park) is a 10 minute walk. Reform is one of the few licensed bars in Dubai that is not part of a hotel. The price quoted is for use of the whole villa exclusively. The space 3650 sq ft villa, with parking, in the quiet, green gated community called "the lakes", popular with families and ex-pats. The villa has upgraded MESH WIFI with 300 MPS download speed throughout the villa. The single bedroom can equally be used as a study room if so required. There is a garden with a shaded sofa area, an outdoor dining area, a garden and a bar/bbq area and wifi. Please be aware the villa opposite is under renovations and there may be noise expected until mid Feb 2026 Guest access The whole villa and gardens are available to the guests. Other things to note The maid/nanny (who has been with our family for 10 years and is awesome) lives in a separated section of the villa, with separate entrance. She can provide villa cleaning, laundry, cooking (and babysitting on request).
