Right on the beach in the seaside resort of Bansin in a special house, in a special place. Family owned and lovingly cared for. In the best beach location on the same property as the beach villa Heimdall, the spacious house in the style of spa architecture was built around 1900. Our apartments with their sunny verandas are individually furnished and offer a beautiful view of the sea, Schloonsee or the traditional town. The space Spacious apartment with beautiful south-facing living veranda and stunning views of Lake Schloonsee. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house, is 75 m² and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. In the large bedroom with double bed there is a small sitting area. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room opens to the porch and dining area with a wide window front and beautiful views of Lake Schloonsee. The modern kitchen has an open passage and is fully equipped. The shower bathroom is spacious and bright. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement. Bicycles can be parked in a separate room. Guest access The entire apartment is available for our guests. Other things to note The rental price is for 2 people. Each additional person pays €20 per night. Linens and towels are not included. Bed linen and towels cost €16 per person and must be booked separately. The car parking space costs €6 per day. The extra costs must be paid locally. A local spa tax must be paid on site. A spa tax is levied in Bansin. It is collected on site. In advance, we need the address and the names of the guests. A car parking space costs €6 per day. Please specify at the time of booking. We can offer one outdoor parking space or one space in the underground parking lot per apartment.
