Log fire, sauna, pool inflatables, ski boot warmer, pool towels and kids’ games. The chalet is on 3 levels, with all bedrooms and living spaces facing south for maximum sunshine and open views of the surrounding countryside. OUTSIDE For outside living, there are: - 2 large, decked terrace areas, each with garden table and chairs - Swimming pool (open from May to Sep, not heated) surrounded by loungers - BBQ - Large garden with beautiful plants - Children's play area. Inside, the accommodation includes: ENTRY LEVEL - Large open plan living room with log fireplace, comfortable seating, TV and DVD player - Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery - Dining area with seating for 10 around a lovely square table - Sliding windows which open on to the breakfast terrace and provide access to the pool - A double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with storage and TV - Large shower room with WC - Separate guest WC LOWER LEVEL - A large double room (bed 150cm x 200cm) with storage, TV and direct access to the lower terrace and the garden - Children's room with bunk beds & one single with storage, TV and direct access to the lower terrace and the garden - Sauna - Shower room - Separate WC - Laundry area UPPER LEVEL - A double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with storage and access to balcony - A twin bedroom with storage and access to balcony - Bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Mezzanine corner with sofa, TV and games. Wifi is available. There is a selection of books, games, pool toys, sledges available for use. PARKING Outside, there is parking for 2 cars in the carport / in front of the entrance to the chalet. Guest access This is a private, self contained chalet with its own private garden. Guests have full use of the property and pool to themselves. Other things to note There's a security cover on the pool which must be used for your safety and to comply with French regulations.
