Welcome to the lower level of the Sunrise House on Lake Ann in beautiful Bella Vista Arkansas! A few blocks to the Back 40 trailhead and only 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville. You will not find more beautiful views in NWA with a park like setting, limestone cliffs, waterfront with firepits and use of kayaks and paddleboards. It is a place of both play and peace! Also, just added is an amazingly beautiful deck with gazebo and dock! The space This rental is the primary rental of the house and is the complete lower level with its own private entrance and sleeps 6. It is an amazing family get away with 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen with coffee bar, ping pong table, 65" tv, amazing deck with table for 8 and couches with fire table. All this on beautiful Lake Ann with its great fishing and amazing limestone cliffs. On the waterfront there is a firepit area with chairs and a brand new large deck with gazebo and dock with multiple paddleboards and kayaks for your use(as well as pfds). Come cook smores on the fire by the lake or read a book looking out over the most peaceful views around! Guest access Parking in front of the house is limited to one car due to the small area of driveway in front of the garage and hills around which make it difficult for cars to maneuver by the house. However there is a gravel parking area up on the top of the driveway. It is a fairly steep driveway! Other things to note The paths(limestone steps and gravel) to the lake are fairly steep but definitely worth it! The outdoor firepits, new deck and dock, kayaks and paddleboards are common property and are shared with myself(I live alone on the main level) and other renters of the apartment above the garage(2 people max). Currently there are 6 kayaks and 4 paddleboards for shared use.
