Separate study set up for working from home with desk with adjustable height riser so can be used as a stand up desk and ergonomic chair rated for use for 8+ hours. Ensuite and walk in robe in the main bedroom. 2nd bathroom downstairs and guest WC upstairs. Laundry with washer and dryer and outside clothes line. Large living space with balcony with water views. Surrounded by trees, very quiet and peaceful. Main bedroom with queen sized bed. Other two bedrooms double bed each. All linen (other than beach towels) supplied. Body boards, surfboards and a bike available for guest use. Please note there are a set of stairs into the property and the bedrooms and living spaces are on separate floors so the property won’t suit someone who has mobility issues / is not able to negotiate stairs.
