Description
Nestled on the top of the Great Dividing Range, Karma is a great place to unwind and relax. We have four self-contained cottages, one studio apartment and a conference centre if required. It is ideal for groups or for special occasions. The space Gorgeous, cosy, hexagonal-shaped one- or two-bedroom cottages in the heart of Kinglake are home to the amazing Kinglake National Park. Just an hour from Melbourne airport and CBD, close to wineries of the Yarra Valley and fabulous walking and cycling trails. A garden setting, log fires, families welcome! Karma Kinglake was built after the disastrous fires on Black Saturday, 2009. Wherever possible, recycled materials and reclaimed timbers from properties in the local area have been used. We endeavour to be as self-sufficient as possible. We have rainwater tanks and our own orchard and treat all wastewater. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property (just over 3 acres). We have specific rooms available for guests who require disability access, and we welcome well-behaved dogs (a Pet fee does apply). Please make yourself at home and ask about our local native birds (feed them from your deck area). We live onsite and are here if you need us. Other things to note Guests can request that the second bedroom be set up as two single beds instead of one queen.
