The area is served by public transportation, with restaurants and shopping. It is the perfect location to reach the historic center, the Amalfi Coast, and Pompeii. The Room on the Sea has been active (with great success) since October 2016 and was not designed specifically as Airbnb Accommodation but is an integral part of the apartment where the Host lives, is equipped with all the necessary equipment (air conditioning, heating, TV, free Wi-Fi, microwave, etc.). NO USE OF THE KITCHEN. The apartment is also equipped with an autoclave, which guarantees the availability of hot and cold running water even when there are problems in the city. The room is very bright, directly overlooking the sea and is equipped with a double bed, a small desk, a wardrobe and a sofa, IT HAS A BATHROOM FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OUTSIDE IN THE CORRIDOR, furnished in Vietri Ceramics. Guest access Guests will receive the keys to the Gate (on the Intercom they will find written "ABITARE SUL PORTO"), those to the main entrance of the house (which is also shared with the other two Airbnb Listings) and those to their own Room. There will be no restriction on check-in and check-out times but, unless specifically agreed, the use of the kitchen will not be allowed. The entrance, living room and balcony are common spaces for the guests of the three rooms and the Host. The room and bathroom will be cleaned twice a week and at each guest change. You can use the panoramic balcony. During your stay The Host and her husband live in the same apartment but in separate and autonomous spaces and will interact with guests (in addition to check-in and check-out times, of course) only at their request.
