Renovated apartment (on the 2nd floor) in a historic and classified building in the city center of Porto. Located in one of the most emblematic streets of Porto, Rua de Cedofeita. It is a traditional shopping street in this city and with an excellent location where you can explore the main arteries of the city on foot. The apartment is very cosy and with a nice decoration. The space This charming one-bedroom apartment has a cozy living room with a balcony overlooking the iconic Rua de Cedofeita. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more, ensuring maximum convenience. With a cozy layout, this apartment offers a perfect balance between comfort and functionality, making it an ideal space for individuals or couples who want to enjoy life in the city. Beds configuration: • 1 double bed (with 140*200cm); • 1 Sofa-bed for 2 (with 140*200cm). Stays with only 2 guests and requiring the sofa bed have a fixed additional fee of 15€ and must be notified in advance. --- • 650 meters from the Aliados Avenue • 500 meters from Clérigos Tower • 800 meters from the metro station Trindade • 750 meters from the famous Sao Bento train station, known for its' beautiful tile murals. • Next to tourist bus stops, metro station 800 metres away, tram 100 metres away (metro line from the airport to the flat with transfer). Guest access The space will be yours exclusively to relax and feel at home. Other things to note - All bed linen and towels 1 set of 2 towels per guest included. After one week, the bed linen will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned at no extra cost. - Important note: All guests must present a valid identification document at the time of check-in. Here, babies (up to 2 years old) are welcome! We have a travel crib and a high chair available (subject to availability) to ensure the comfort of the little ones. The total cost is only 15€, to be paid in cash at check-in. Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay for the whole family!
