During the summer months, the area comes alive with exciting events and outdoor activities for everyone. There is a dedicated office area with desk and second monitor for those who need to get some emails sent, just bring your laptop! The loft features high ceilings and comfortable furnishings, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Outside the building, there are bike racks for those looking to explore the area on two wheels. And when you need to unwind, head to the hot tub for a soak under the stars. Grill/outdoor eating area Bicycle Racks Laundry room Parking NOTES PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a LOFT which means it is on the TOP FLOOR of the building. There is NO ELEVATOR, so if you are not comfortable walking stairs you may want to choose another place. If you are parked in the rear of the building you will enter on floor 2 and have to walk upstairs to the 4th floor. This loft has had some updates, but, is not fully remodeled. If you are looking for a space that is entirely brand new this is probably not the place for you. Parking is first-come first-serve. If you are planning to arrive late at night you may be limited to parking in the front instead of back of the building. There is no air conditioning! It can get warm in the summer on the top floor, but, if you draw the blinds during the day to keep out the sun, and open the window to let in the cool night air it is quite comfortable. This is the Redstone condo building, which has common hallways. In addition to the many outdoor activities, the CB/Gunnison area also offers many summer events. Crested Butte Music Festival: This annual event offers a diverse range of classical, bluegrass, and world music performances. It takes place from late June to early August. Crested Butte Wildflower Festival: This festival celebrates the vibrant wildflowers that grow in the area. It includes guided hikes, workshops, and photography tours. It takes place in July. Gunnison Cattlemen's Days: This event includes a rodeo, parade, carnival, and live music. It takes place in July and is a popular event among locals and tourists. Gunnison River Festival: This festival celebrates the Gunnison River and includes kayaking competitions, river surfing, live music, and food vendors. It takes place in June. Gunnison Car Show: This annual event features classic cars and hot rods from across the region. It takes place in August and is a must-see for car enthusiasts. We do not live on site but are available via the app/text for any communication during your stay. Amazing area at the base of Mt Crested Butte! Walk to the slopes. The free bus to town also picks up in the base area, so no need to drive to town and worry about parking, just take the free bus down!
