The villa is divided into two areas as follows: - a more spacious one that includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed and a veranda with another kitchen with a barbecue; - a studio apartment adjacent to the villa but with a separate entrance, furnished and equipped, with a kitchenette, bathroom and double sofa bed. The villa is a 10-minute drive from Olbia port/airport, near Porto Rotondo in Cugnana (on a hill with a view, in the middle of a large garden). In 10/15 minutes by car you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and Golfo Aranci. The areas of Capo di Coda Cavallo and San Teodoro (Tavolara) can also be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
