Across the street is a small market and the Shell Shack where you can grab some fresh seafood, pick up some souvenirs, etc. The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front of the home in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles and DO NOT PARK in front of other units. Local laws must be abided by. Please note - the unit is a two story and all bedrooms are located upstairs. Other things to note Must sign rental agreement upon booking Must submit a $300 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. The person who books the home must be at least 23 years of age and present for the entire trip. Violation of this house rule will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid. *We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it*
