This is a very family friendly house in a convenient location in East Athens. Within walking distance you will find three grocery stores, Jittery Joe's Coffee, and plenty of local restaurants including, Chick-Fil-A, Indian, Thai, and Mexican, and the area is very pedestrian and driver friendly. This is a perfect location for UGA football and UGA visiting students and scholars. Parking The driveway could easily park 3 vehicles and 3 more along the front curb. Sleeping Accommodations. 1 King size bed, 3 twin beds, 1 futon, 2 full couches, 1 baby crib, and 1 queen air mattress available as needed. Depending on how these are divided up, they could sleep anywhere from 7-10 people. Cooking Accommodations: Full kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, burr coffee grinder, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, pressure cooker, pots, pans, knives, utensils and an outdoor gas grill. The kitchen includes basic oils, spices, and condiments. Laundry appliances available.
