Villa Carolin (CIR-CODE 017187 - CNI00210) is a perfect place for relaxing days at Lake Garda Lake with great views from your terrace in a charming 70's villa. It is located in an absolute panoramic situation above Maderno next to the picturesque little village Maclino. To get to the lake takes only 5 minutes. The property is ca 3000 sqm with lots of space for Children and a small (approx. 3x4m) pool with outside shower (cold water). Sun loungers as well as a table and chairs are available. The space Villa Carolin lies in absolute panoramic situation something above Toscolano-Maderno next to the picturesque little village Maclino. One enjoys here an incomparable view covering the southern part of the Garda Lake from Isola del Garda to the rock of Manerba, the opposite headland of S. Vigilio and further north to Monte Baldo. The house was built of 60th / to the 70s and is in his equipment according to this time. We have done some refurbishments to make your stay more comfortable but preserve the charms of the house: - newly furbished living/dining room - modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher - modern bathrooms in Basement and ground floor In the upper floor is the principal domicile with living/dining area, bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, children's room with bunk bed and child cot as well as bath, kitchen and guests WC. From the living/dining area one enjoys the view and has access on the generous panoramic terrace. The upper floor is equipped for 2 adults and, according to age / allocation of the available beds, 2-3 children. In the basement, which can be booked against a surcharge, there are two bedrooms with double bed as well as a sitting room with folding couch and a second bathroom. Overall maximum occupation is 7 persons (maximum 4 adults). For bookings exceeding 4 persons and/or additional booking of the basement a surcharge of 40€ per person applies (basement minimum 2 additional persons). Cleaning fee is 120€ (upper floor) resp. 150€ (both floors). Notwithstanding the above, you will always be only guest in the house and have exclusive use of the amenities and the property. Please notice: Bookings with a minimum stay of 7 days and starting on a Saturday must also end on a Saturday so only full weeks are available then. In immediate surroundings (300m) are the pizzeria "Rustichel" as well as the restaurant "Belvedere". Various other restaurants as well as several big supermarkets are accessible, like the beach, at 5-10 minutes by the car.
