Private, Serene, Delightful Tiny Home -CasaVilla

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Casa Villa is a tiny home ( park model) 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊 The space We are centrally located , close to many attractive towns, Granville, Johnstown, New Albany, and Pataskala,to name a few, we have a country vibe but can hop on quite a few routes and be in Westerville/east Columbus within 20 minutes. Other things to note The water runs off a well , recently ( March 26) we redid the softener system and it also has an inline filter…which equates to a more enjoyable water experience 😁There can be a slight sulfur odor with the hot water only (because it’s heated by an electric water heater ) It’s safe to drink but I do provide bottled water as well. Tiny house = small water heater ( 20 gallon) Keep in mind this tiny home is “ movable” so therefore it doesn’t have a firm foundation. You may experience light movement throughout the structure, it’s to be expected. It is properly secured and safe for occupancy.
