A cozy quiet get away spot. Safe with bikes and easy walks to restaurants and beaches . One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay. The space My home is three levels and I live on the second and third level. The first level is where the guest suite is located. It is very private and quiet. I'm not home much except for evenings. I'm quiet and keep to myself but I'm around for any questions you may have. We will share the front door entrance but that is all. You will have two full rooms and bathroom to yourself with a locking door to the suite for privacy. Guest access Plenty of street parking but pay attention to street sweeping on Thursday/Friday. You can walk to Starbucks or Big Bear Coffee, CVS and Whole Foods. The Pier is one block away where you can walk around or take the walking path and head toward Hermosa or Manhattan. Or you can take the bikes and catch the bike path that will take you down the coast! Other things to note There are two beach cruisers, beach towels, wagon, umbrellas and cooler you are welcome to use during your stay. Everything is located in the garage for easy access?
