Lovely, bright studio in Yorkville leaves you close to everything in NYC without any of the noise. Modern, comfortable furnishings with tons of natural light. Directly across from John Jay Park with a huge public pool. It's my favorite block in NYC, and I think it will be yours too. Pedestrian bridge connects you to the East River Greenway, great for walking, running and biking with a beautiful view of the Queensboro Bridge . The apartment is on the 6th floor and not handicap accessible. The space This is a great option for your stay in NYC. You'll have the whole place to yourself. My apartment is very comfortable, and private, conveniently located on the Upper East Side. You're 12 mins walking to the Q and 6 trains (NY pace..) which are usually reliable. You're also very close to the M15 Select Bus which you shouldn't write off - it's a shorter walk, and sometimes runs faster than the train. Plus, it'll give you some street cred. There are tons of restaurants and bars along 1st and 2nd Avenues, walking distance from the apartment. I'm more than happy to provide recommendations for anywhere in the city as I'm sure you'll be exploring. Very comfortable full XL mattress, full kitchen with dining area, three big windows. The apartment is very quiet - I have never had any issues sleeping. With that in mind, please be mindful of noise for the neighbors - they're really nice.
