Your charming 35 m2 studio, equipped with wifi, is located in a 2200 m2 property, fully fenced, in the heart of a pretty village located halfway between the sea and the mountains at an altitude of 400 m. The village is 20 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio and Ajaccio The space The studio consists of a large 35 m² air-conditioned room with a kitchen area (sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove...) a living area (1 sofa, 1 real comfortable bed, two sideboards and dining area, TV)... and a bathroom (toilet, multi-jet shower, sink, washing machine); The property is fully fenced. Your vehicle will be parked right next to your accommodation, please note that electric vehicles cannot be recharged, they must be charged at terminals outside our home Guest access The maximum occupancy is 2 people, no other person will be allowed without our prior agreement.
