Families Only! Enjoy our cozy, fully private villa with a Jacuzzi, pool, and play area for adults and children. Sun, water, light, vegetation, we have everything to make you feel in a unique, familiar and relaxed environment. Relax in the Jacuzzi, play with your family on the sand court, ping pong or swings, cool off in the private pool, sunbathe, prepare a barbecue, enjoy every day with your family. The space Villa with multi-game sand court, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer... Leave the main road towards Alhaurín el Grande and enter the "Camino de las Pontezuelas". Once you are on the road, go down the first entrance on the right and at the end of the short road you will find our villa. Park inside the private enclosure and access the villa. Once inside, you have the bedroom and bathroom area on the left and the kitchen and living room on the right. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor area. We also have an exterior side door to access the outdoor area without entering the house. Outside you have everything very handy and practically on the same level, jacuzzi, swimming pool, ping pong table, barbecue, second refrigerator, the covered dining area, TV with internet access with spotify and others, you will also find the third bathroom, which is outside, and going down a small ramp, a large beach sand playground with swings and more. The entire perimeter is fenced and is private and for exclusive use. Guest access All areas are exclusively for guests and you can use them all. We remind you that the villa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, etc. The use of these areas by minors will be under the full responsibility of the parents or guardians, these minors being supervised at all times and even with the safety elements installed in the pool. Other things to note The third bathroom is outside. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom suite. Remember that the villa is located in a rural area with a lot of vegetation, a nearby stream, and fruit tree plantations, etc. As in any rural area, there are insects and these are active. There are times when there are more moisture bugs walking around the outside of the villa, mosquitoes, etc., the usual insects of a Mediterranean rural area. However, we have mosquito repellent plants and every week we use a granulate to ward off insects, but they are in their natural habitat and it is impossible to exterminate them, nor is it our purpose, since we are in a rural area. If you have a phobia of any insect, I recommend that you do not book in a rural area and look for accommodation in a city area.
