Families only! Enjoy as a family of our cozy villa. Sun, water, light, greenery, we have everything to feel like you in a unique, family and relaxed environment. Relax in the jacuzzi, play with your family on the sand track, ping pong or swings, cool off in the private pool, sunbathe, prepare a barbecue, enjoy every day, next to your family in a unique environment. Abstain groups of young people, parties are totally forbidden, the villa has surveillance. The space Villa with multi-game sand court, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer.... You leave the main road to Alhaurín the big one and enter the "Camino de las Pontezuelas", once you find yourself on the way, go down the first entrance on the right and at the end of the short road you will find our villa. You park inside the private enclosure and access the villa. Once inside you have on the left the area of bedrooms and bathrooms and on the right the kitchen and living room, from the kitchen you can access the outdoor area, we also have an outside side door to access the outdoor area without entering the house. Outside you have everything very handy and practically on the same level, jacuzzi, swimming pool, pingpong table, barbecue, second refrigerator, covered dining area, TV with internet access with spotify and so on, you will also find the third bathroom, which is outside, and down a small ramp, a large beach sand play area with swings and more. The entire perimeter is fenced and private. Guest access All areas are just for guests and can be used by all of them. Other things to note The third bathroom is outside. One bedroom has a suite bathroom. Remember that the villa is located in a field area with lots of vegetation, a nearby stream and plantations of fruit trees, etc., as in all countryside area, there are insects and these have activity, there are times where there are more humid cochines walking around the exterior of the villa, mosquitoes, etc, the usual insects of a Mediterranean rural area. However, we have mosquito repellent plants and every week we use a granulate to scare insects, but they are in their natural habitat and it is impossible to exterminate them, nor is it our purpose as we are in a field area.
