New, modern and bright cottage, in a separate building on our property. Classification: 3-star furnished tourist accommodation Quiet area located 3.5 km from the beaches (coves or beautiful sand beaches), less than1 km from the city center and hypermarket 3 minutes by car. During the months of July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The space On the ground floor: - a bedroom, a shower room, a 28 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave oven) and a living room. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two single beds (possibility to combine them if necessary) and a desk. The main room opens onto a terrace in a small private garden. Parking space.
