Under 25 minutes to Yosemite entrance and under 5 minutes from the town center, this place is nestled in a remote and quiet part of town. Property features a gorgeous outdoor area with kitchen, lounge chairs and a pool (no spa). The place has a large putting green for golfers & a kids play area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a good kitchen. There is a trail on the back if you are interested in a little hike. Lots of space for a stroll or enjoy the night stars. The space The space has a large driveway and a beautiful backyard with a pool. We also have an electric car charger. Guests need to bring their own NEMA 14-50 adapter. The outdoor area is huge and is very private even when you are roaming around the house. The road is privately maintained which means there is no outside traffic that comes near the house. Other things to note Failure to comply with house rules will result in a minimum of $375 fine.
