Late 18th century castle, located in the municipality of Puget sur Argens, surrounded by 35 ha of pine forests and vineyards, this sumptuous residence is the perfect place for a relaxing stay close to nature. The castle has been refurbished with good taste and charm while maintaining real authenticity. Covering an area of 430 m², it can accommodate up to 18 people and offers a total of 17 rooms including 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over 4 levels. The space On the first level: 2 living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a smoking room/TV room, and 2 entrance halls. On the second level: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the third level: 4 bedrooms as well, a large library and games room, and 2 bathrooms. And on the fourth level (access by the towers of the third level): 2 bedrooms, one in each tower of the castle. A baby crib is also available upon request. This castle also has all the necessary facilities for optimal comfort, including internet access, a large equipped kitchen, a small laundry room with washer and dryer, a living room with digital TV and a dining room with veranda. Outside is a large front terrace with shaded pergola, garden furniture, a water pond with fish, a 12/4 m fenced pool with deckchairs and various equipment, a changing cabin and toilets, and finally a pool house with barbecue and refrigerator. Guest access Access to the entire house, except for a small part of the castle where the caretaker resides. Other things to note Note that Wi-Fi is available on the ground floor but due to the location of the castle and the thickness of the walls, there is less and less Wi-Fi on the upper floors; from the 2nd floor up there is only 4G.
