The house, built with Quercy white stones, sits in the middle of 20,000sqm of green area and vineyards. Les Vignalous has a large 12mx6m mosaic tiled heated swimming pool secured with an alarm opened from mid-May until mid-September. The vast 200sqm poolside space offers convenient gaming and relaxing areas including sunbeds, garden sofa set, a gaz barbecue and plancha grill. A stone vault (40sqm), which could be used as a triple bedroom, has been converted into a summer sitting room to always offer you freshness even during hot summers. The main sitting room (50sqm) contains a large Cantou chimney equipped with an ancient stove.The kitchen is fully equipped and can accommodate 14 people. All washing, drying facilities are in a dedicated cellar.
