Case Maggi Sea View Terrace, Portovenere

Welcome to CaseMaggi Holiday Homes! Portovenere is a lovely coastal town that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site along with The Cinque Terre. Our fully remodeled Sea View Terrace apartment has a lovely private terrace that wraps around the apartment providing incredible views of the Portovenere beaches, the Gulf of Poets, Palmaria island and the Ligurian coastline. There is also a private staircase down to the beach. Just about a 15 min walk to the restaurants and waterfront promenade. The space Sea View Terrace is newly remodeled and provides a light open sunny space floating above the sea. Guest access There are approximately 60 steps up to the apartment from street level. Street parking can be difficult in the high seasons. If you can come by train to La Spezia it will be easier. Other things to note Tourist Tax Portovenere has implemented a tourist tax of 2€ per person per day up to 4 days for 16 year old and up. Registration process Please provided your identity documents prior to arrival. Parking: Parking can be a challenge in peak summer months in this small town. If you can come by train it’s easier. Portovenere has three zones for street parking: P1, P2, and P3. The zone near the apartment is P3.
