Other things to note The calendar is up to date and instant book is on, if you see the dates available you can go ahead and book! Any parties will be found out immediately as the building has cameras in the entry and party detectors in the units. You will be removed by the super and no refund given. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: -We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob -We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and our cleaning crew wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination -We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists -We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay -We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines We request a photo of a government issued ID of each guest staying that shows: name, photo, and DOB of all the guests staying. We may require a security deposit of $250 which is refundable after your check out. We love pets! Your furry friends are allowed in the apartment. There is a $50 sanitation fee and a $200 security deposit (per pet) which is refundable after your stay. However, please note that we reserve the right to keep the pet deposit if we receive any noise complaints or any cleaning issues such as stains, extensive hair, as well as damages.
