In the walled garden, a saltwater pool will relax and refresh you. The house is very bright thanks to these 5 French windows overlooking the garden, and can accommodate one or more families. On the ground floor, a magnificent living room with brick vaults and exposed stone walls opens onto the garden and pool. Integrated and equipped kitchen with island (2 dishwashers, 2 fridges), dishes for 15, 1 Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, soda stream, dining table 15 place settings, large leather corner sofa, TV, DVD, Bluetooth soundbar, library, board games... will allow good family moments. Two bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub with separate toilet, overlook the garden. You will also find on the ground floor a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor has two other bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) with a bathroom and separate toilet. The second floor with a 180° view overlooking the countryside has a first bedroom (2 bunk beds) and a large bedroom with exposed frame and mezzanine (1 bed 160 and 2 single beds on mezzanine). A total of 15 beds with new bedding. Bed linen and towels are provided for 3 consecutive nights. 3 bathrooms with double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. Closet in every bedroom. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating radiators on the upper floors. The property in the countryside is close to Carcassonne with its famous City, bordered by the Canal du Midi which is the most beautiful bike path in the region. It will allow you to access Carcassonne by bike or on foot (7kms). You can discover the Cathar Country with these perched castles and picturesque villages.
