The house is located on the ground floor adjoining ours in a quiet area. Completely renovated in 2019. You have a separate entrance and a private enclosed terrace. The house has two small bedrooms, a room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The space The accommodation has heating in winter and fans for the bedrooms and the living room in summer. There is no air conditioning, but it is an old building with thick walls under the trees, and the house stays cool. Window screens. It has a private entrance and terrace. Linens are provided. Tenants must return the listing to the cleanliness in which they found it. If cleaning is not possible, the cleaning package is offered. Guest access The accommodation has an independent entrance and a quiet outdoor terrace. It's easy to park on the street in front of the house, which is very quiet. Other things to note The accommodation is mainly supplied with electricity by photovoltaic panels. Hot water is generated by a solar water heater. In July and August, the accommodation is rented for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday preferably. (to be defined with the priorities) We can lend adult-sized bicycles.
