Female Guests Only - Cozy City Home

PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING - FEMALE GUESTS ONLY. A short walk into the city of Wilmington where there are shops, restaurants, gyms, theaters, coffee shops and more! The space This home is across from an elementary school, in a great neighborhood, close to 95, close to the train station, but outside of the main city area. Guest access The front door is the only entrance and the guest room is at the top of the stairs. During your stay I will be available to help my guests adjust to the area while they stay at my house. Happy to do so!! Other things to note My house stays cool in the summer but does not have central air. I have window units in the bedrooms and fans to circulate the air. A few snacks available.
