The Villa is spread over two floors for a total of about 250 square meters. In the large and well-kept garden, there is a beautiful 15-meter swimming pool in a panoramic position with solarium and shower, a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. In the secluded area you can enjoy private parking, covered for three cars and uncovered for two more. The area is characterized by interesting food and wine routes with a varied offer of wineries, restaurants and trattorias of excellent quality. In addition, Villa Le More is on routes of great interest both for those who love to take walks and for those who love mountain biking. These include the Ring of Pecorara and a thousand other paths that from Monte Colombo climb to the Conero and laughing along the cliffs to the cliffs and the sea.
