We just listed a little house also that is on property, if you are interested in both properties for wedding or family reunion or whatever is going on, little house sleeps 4 full kitchen and bathroom! Queen size blow up mattress available upon request! We have a new guest house next to main house if interested to rent for a big event, you can rent both, guest house sleeps 4 , bunk bed and another twin bed, couch that makes into a queen bed, full kitchen and bathroom all the convenience of a home! Guest access You can walk or drive to town, plenty of parking in town! Log home is about 5 blocks to the center of town! Play ground for kids you can see from deck, about one block away with pavilion! Other things to note Powderhorn ski area is 30 minutes from home, 20 minutes to Vega lake state park, 40 minutes to palisade (wine country) 50 minutes to grand Mesa with over 300 lakes, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, atv trails, 50 minutes to grand junction!
