Log home with beautiful views, Quiet Quaint town,Wrap around deck, view of deer, birds, humming bird, 2200 square feet,with WiF, town has 2 restaurants with great food small grocery store, hardware store and pizza shop! We just listed a little house also that is on property, if you are interested in both properties for wedding or family reunion or whatever is going on, little house sleeps 4 full kitchen and bathroom! The space Log home is 2000 sq ft on a little over half acre, master bedroom is large with television, 2nd bedroom upstairs is large, 3rd bedroom upstairs is small, downstairs is open floor plan with full equipped kitchen living room, bathroom with wrap around deck! 2 bathrooms one downstairs, one upstairs! Queen size blow up mattress available upon request! We have a new guest house next to main house if interested to rent for a big event, you can rent both, guest house sleeps 4 , bunk bed and another twin bed, couch that makes into a queen bed, full kitchen and bathroom all the convenience of a home!! Hot tub is included with guest house only Guest access You can walk or drive to town, plenty of parking in town! Log home is about 5 blocks to the center of town! Play ground for kids you can see from deck, about one block away with pavilion! Other things to note Powderhorn ski area is 30 minutes from home, 20 minutes to Vega lake state park, 40 minutes to palisade (wine country) 50 minutes to grand Mesa with over 300 lakes, hiking, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, atv trails, 50 minutes to grand junction!
