During your stay The Host, Derek Whitley, is also The Etna Motel Resident Manager. He is a veteran of the Hospitality Industry with close to 30 years experience working in full service properties belonging to Hyatt, Radisson, and Marriott. He lives about 1.5 blocks from the property and is always reachable by calling the main number or by text using the number included in the Welcome email. He will meet you at the property to welcome and get you oriented so that you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
