Due to a city ordinance, there are no more than 8 people allowed to stay in our residence. If there are more than 8 guests, you will not be allowed to book and stay in our home. Occupation limits on our home are established by the city of Palm Springs. Before check-in, we do require a photo of your government issued identification card. Please turn off all electricity, jacuzzi etc after using. There is a contract which includes the check out instructions that we require guests to sign prior to checking in. Please contact me 24 HOURS prior to checking in for pool/spa heating: To have the pool heated it costs an additional fee of $150/ day, and $75/day if spa heated only. Fee can change (ajust) if there is a change from Socal Gas. For those who have ordered pool heat or spa heat heat but have not made a payment, it is considered that there is no order. The amount of the fee is determined when the payment will be made. If you decide you would like to use the pool heating, you must use it for at least TWO DAYS because of the difficulty and time it takes to turn it on and off. Pet fee: Additional charge of $50/ pet/ stay , please contact the host for more information. Check in instructions: The key will be placed in a lockbox, Host will message you for the code and for a more detailed instructions. We require a Government issued photo ID before checking in. You may take a picture and send it to the Host. Check out instructions: Turn off all electricities before checking out. If one of the towels/washcloths/beach towels are stained, you will be responsible for the damages. You are also responsible that all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags. TRASH MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE APPROPRIATE EXTERIOR CONTAINER (GARBAGE BINS) before checking out. GARBAGE BINS ARE LOCATED BY THE BACKYARD’S BACK DOOR. Blue containers are for recyclables and brown containers are for all other trash. Lock all doors including the backyard door, place the main entrance key back into the lockbox.
