Bedroom s: The double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures a good night's sleep thanks to adjustable slatted frames. Dimmable bedside lamps, a large sliding door wardrobe with mirror and chest of drawers create a pleasant ambience. Kitchen: Fully furnished with everything that makes your stay with us even more pleasant: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Jura coffee machine, radio, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove with oven and much more. Bath: The daylight bathroom with built-in radio pampers you with a walk-in rain shower. Hairdryer is available. Sunroom: Even in bad weather, you can enjoy the evening in the conservatory in diner style. Private terrace, where the evenings can be ended comfortably in good weather. Bicycles can be stored on the premises in the lockable shed. Free of charge: Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels are included. Change of linens weekly for longer stays. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The apartment is located in the south of Duisburg, near the city limits to Düsseldorf (6 km) and is ideal for trade fair guests and business travelers due to its ingenious transport connections.
