The space House built from scratch in last quarter of 2009, with ample living room, breakfast nook, spacious bedroom with comfortable real bed fine cotton sheets and cozy comforter. Den meals under gazebo available for barbecue in summer, spring or fall. Asphalt drive way and offers free parking. Secured neighborhood. Free WiFi; family room TV set; dining room; front porch and back den. In house produced alkaline water available for free. Share good movies watch TV Quiet, clean, beautiful houses around the neighborhood. Walk to the mall. Couple of minutes walk to the bus; 5 minute drive to Metro North train station; cab accessible; starting from $6.00 per ride. Coffee and snacks available each morning. Help yourself with the keurig coffee maker. Snacks can be rolls, bagel, muffins, toast and banana; Coffee, orange juice (in the fridge) and alkaline water on the house. Guest access Guest have access to WiFi, television, refrigerator, coffee maker. Kitchen use can be arranged. Special Filipino food request can be arranged during the booking or in advance. During your stay Interaction is best done during breakfast. After which, host will perform clean up after breakfast unless guest will oblige to, will leave the entire first floor where living room, dining & kitchen to be just among themselves. Other things to note Use of laundry washer and dryer can be arranged. Guest are encourage to bring their own detergent if they plan to do washing. The use thereof is for fee minimum of $4 per load washer and dryer, depends on the quantity. Hallway bathroom is shared with another guest at times, but not all the time.
