Private parking, entrance, furnished seating with grill and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes' walk to the mountain railways and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn! The space The studio apartment has a separate entrance, a private terrace surrounded by flowers with wonderful views of the mountains and the garden. The floor coverings are covered with oak parquet in the living/sleeping area, and with tiles in the bathroom and at the entrance. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The large window front lets plenty of light and brightness into the apartment. Electric blinds are available for blackout. Wi-Fi is also included. The kitchen is very extensively equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor fan, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, Nespresso machine, kettle, fondue/raclette set. Enough dishes, pots, etc., a basic need for household paper, spices, oil/vinegar, coffee capsules, tea bags, etc. is all available. The beautiful solid wood table with leather chairs invites you to dine. A large TV (Bluewin TV) is mounted on the wall, which can be moved depending on the seating position. Books, games, a small portable radio, brochures can be found on the open shelf below. The window front also has a tilting patio door, so you can go directly to the garden table. The high-quality couch (1.50 wide, lying surface 1.40) can be pulled out for another person (on request, small surcharge). At the entrance there is a shoe rack and a wardrobe.
